James is in a heated phone call with his girlfriend Alba, trying to explain why he can’t go out with her. His excuse is a surprise visit from an old friend, Raymond. In fact Raimondo is a criminal hiding from the police, and he has already tied James up before making him cancel the date. Once the call ends, Raimondo finishes the job, wrapping more rope around his body and pulling a necktie Alba once gave him between his teeth as a cleave gag, then leaves him struggling on the bed. Alba turns up anyway, gets turned away at the door, then sneaks in the back and finds James all tied up. Convinced he was playing rope games with a mistress, she scolds him before finally taking the gag off, but Raimondo catches her too. In the last scene the couple are tied back to back in the living room with tape gags over their mouths, struggling until Alba finds a way to cut free.
